Kids Yoga

Empowering Young Minds Through Movement, Mindfulness & Joy

At Sweet Karma Yoga, we believe every child deserves the tools to feel grounded, confident, and emotionally resilient—and yoga is a powerful way to nurture those life skills early on.

For the past 15 years, we've worked with children ages 2 to 18 across a wide variety of settings—bringing yoga and mindfulness into schools, camps, after-school programs, private one-on-one sessions, and small groups throughout Westchester and New York City. Whether it’s preschoolers exploring movement for the first time or teens learning how to manage stress, our approach meets every child with care, compassion, and intention.

Our passion lies in supporting children affected by trauma and those living in trauma-impacted communities. These children are at the heart of our mission. Teaching yoga and mindfulness to the community's youth has been not only our greatest calling—but our greatest joy.
